Gábor Hegyesi is Europe Order to Cash Operations Leader for GE’s captive shared service unit – GE Global Operations.
Gábor is currently leading a broad scope around the full customer fulfillment–cash value stream including activities like order entry, order management, customer service, services operations support, billing, collection, dispute management and cash application. Besides overseeing the day to day operational delivery, Gábor is also working on business development. Together with global commercial team he constantly pilots new value added services, and works with the GE businesses to expand the reach of GO commercial services.
A certified Master Blackbelt, Gabor started his career with GE in 1996 on GE financial leadership program. During his time at GE, he ran Business Operations at GE Healthcare, had global pricing, and ERP implementation related leadership roles. A native of Hungary, he spent bigger part of his career working in Germany, Austria and the US.
