Lital is a digital visionary, serial entrepreneur and strategist, co-founder and CEO of Beyond and The Academy of Tomorrow, innovative education and design studios.
In her work she strives for a new approach to learning and social change combining her experiences from the fields of mobile and digital media and business development. She founded the consultancy Unfold Media Group, co-founded the Global Business Development Network (GBDN), and has negotiated strategic sales and partnership deals with Fortune 500 companies. As the co-founder and CEO of Beyond, Lital explores the practice of leadership, self-organized learning, problem solving and design thinking. Her latest venture, The Academy of Tomorrow, is a leadership school with programs in Vancouver and Amsterdam to introduce youth to new ways of merging business with human-centered design.
