Galántai Orsolya

Orsolya is a communication expert who delivers high-energy workshops and presentations that challenge audiences to leverage their focus and pay attention to what matters most at work and in life: breaking free of their cognitive boundaries and using creativity to innovate and find disruptive answers to solve todays’ wicked problems.

Coming from the creative field with 10+ years’ experience, having a background in corporate communication and marketing. Her career expands over several industries including finance, IT, and education. 

She played a significant role in building up an international leading future studies startup hub, Spark Institute. At Spark, she was in charge of branding and delived more than 500 digital transformation leadership programs for large corporations, including Telekom, Allianz, Generali, Audi, BP, Budapest Bank, Egis. 

She is a guest lecturer at IBS (International Business School), teaching How to avoid burnout & build a creative corporate culture, and she is part of CEU InnovationsLab ‘s mentor team as a communication skill mentor.

Orsolya is passionate about helping NGOs to achieve their missions by delivering their messages to the World through using creative tools and effective communication. 

She is bored of passivity and shopping malls but likes finishing her main course with dessert and hint of meaningful conversation about ethical, social, tech, digitalization, sustainability-related questions.

Orsolya was leading a research on Digital readiness of corporate leaders (Forbes),  The challenges of data-driven HR (HrPortál), and Tendencies of visual representation on social media (Médiakutató). She was speaking about the future of education (Népszava) and skills (Kossuth Radio), women’s career path (HR TV) and creative corporate culture (HR TV I.). She was interviewed by Marie Clair about New Norms.
