The session will give an answer of the question ‘Why digital transformation matters?’.

We will introduce the rules and economic drives of the disruptive, digital economy.

In this module the participants with the facilitator will discuss the crucial driving forces of the changing environment and the laws of the future economy. We will go through the industry patterns and market dynamics that drive digital transformation and explain how these influence the business ecosystem and different markets.

The digital transformation contains three main factors: Technology, Patterns and People. Digital Transformation is one of the key potential abilities, a tool to react to the fast changing environment. It’s a mindset a completely new way to approaching business.

Spark’s faculty member will share the main trigger points of the exponential growing of radical technologies like robotics, AI, machine learning, VR, Spacetech, Nano-tech, Smart materials etc. We will examine where are these technologies today in their development curve, and how these may evolve in the next 5-10 years. We do all this to create a common ground about the potential effects these technologies will have on the participants’ business’ future.

This module shares the theory and practice of building disruptive digital strategies. As part of the workshop participants will engage in the process of strategy creation and also learn best practices from different industries.  Participants will learn about the anatomy of digital companies and explore the drives that can accelerate transformation within their teams. DATA-DRIVEN LANDSCAPE: It is worth to take a look at the data as a corporate property. Because it has a value that can be exchanged into money, it needs to be properly maintained, and its’ value needs to be expanded. This module will give to our audience a better understanding of the field of data-driven mindset and how to use data in the best way. We will have a look at all the aspect of the details and explanation of the Big Data ecosystem.

  • Definitions and dirty details of the Big Data Ecosystem

DATA-DRIVEN MINDSET: In this module we dig deeper in the field of data-driven mindset and give insights and hands-on practices to help the participant leaders to shift to data-driven mindset. In this section, we will also find the answer of the following exciting questions: How much support can AI algorithms and real-time data provide us? How can we make data-driven decisions on the management level?

data driven world and we will examine the industry examples of other companies that already introduced data-thinking in their everyday work.
